The third quarterly-release will be published at the start of the third quarter of 2017. The release contains an interesting new module that is specifically targeted at importers. The module can be used to efficiently coordinate the logistics and planning of your containers. More information on will be available during the announced demo or by contacting us. Aside from that, there are two more developments that we want to highlight. These are the “ready for processing” and “returning purchase orders to suppliers”. The “ready for processing” functionality allows you to more effectively monitor your production process because pallets will not immediately be marked as “processed” when they are merely placed at the machines. This is the same solution that is used for shipping, so now pallets can be marked as “ready for processing” or “processed”. The latter development has influenced the way corrections on purchase orders are processed in the system. For example, it is now possible to ship the purchased goods that need to be returned.
