Standardized mailing from GreenCommerce
The Mango release also comes with a logical improvement in the emailing of documents from GreenCommerce. As a follow-up to the standardization of GreenCommerce, we have now set up all screens where system documents could be e-mailed in the same way.
Email indirectly via drop-down menu
Previously, if you wanted to email a proforma or other system document from GreenCommerce, you were given the option to email directly or indirectly, with the option to email indirectly under a drop-down menu (NL picture):

In the Mango release
In the new situation, the drop-down menu with the option to e-mail indirectly will disappear. Instead, the confirmation includes the choice between direct and indirect mail, so that it can be made directly! (NL picture)
Faster and fewer errors
With this adjustment, an extra action will be removed from many screens. In addition, it becomes a lot less error-prone when you want to e-mail a system document indirectly. After the Mango release, only the option to change the status will be available under the drop-down menu (NL picture):

Next step in standardization
The development also makes it a lot more difficult to accidentally press the wrong button. The mouse no longer has to be involved. There was already an advanced shortcut for emailing the proforma, Ctrl & Comma + P + I. This shortcut will change to: Alt + E + I. The same adjustment will be performed in several places within GreenCommerce. With this development we are taking a new step towards the standardization of GreenCommerce.
