Easily share inspection reports with third parties via the new QC public portal

The developments of the QC App are at an increasingly advanced stage. From the Watermelon release, GreenCommerce users will be redirected to a new portal. This portal makes it possible for third parties to view inspection reports without the need for a login. For GreenCommerce users with login details, it has been made possible to view all other inspection reports of the organization in a clear overview.

To make the process of sharing inspection reports easier and clearer, a brand new portal has been created for the QC App. The GreenCommerce Quality Control portal offers access to inspection reports made by inspectors from your own organization. In addition, the portal offers an inbox that provides insight into third-party inspection reports that have been made available to you.

Besides the fact that the portal is a convenient place for viewing inspection reports, it is also more modern than sharing a PDF. In the future, the QC App will provide the option to share a URL via email with people inside or outside your organization. Because the portal is online, changes can be made in real-time, so you always look at the most current information.

As a user with login details, you can view all other inspection reports from your organization in addition to the shared inspection report. This way you can easily and conveniently store all inspection information in one place.
