The new way to collaborate with partners: Customer Portal
For those who regularly visit the roadmap, the Customer Portal will sound familiar. The topic was prominently on the agenda last year and has again been included this year under the theme 'Service Providers'. After a year and a half of research and preparations, we have now reached the final step: creating the screens. The portal will display important logistical information made publicly available by the client.
Online Portal for Service Providers and customers
An online environment is provided where clients can log in to find specific information from the client. This includes results of business processes, insights into schedules, and the progress of (logistical) processes.
Companies that will use the portal can manage, through an app, which customers and contacts should have access to the online environment. This online environment can be personalized through the app by uploading their own logo and using the colors of their own corporate identity. This also accommodates the branding of the client, making it truly your own environment!
By offering a digital space secured by a login, companies can elevate their communication with customers and suppliers. Since interactive elements have also been added to the app, companies can discover new ways of collaborating.
In the management application, a display can be added for each relationship via the relationships tab. This display indicates which information can be shown, after which the client can gain access to the overview via an invitation. Access can also be easily revoked via the management application, after which the client no longer has insight into the overview.
