Who is the key user of my company?
This is the main user per company. If all goes well, he / she knows everything about GreenCommerce and you can contact him or her with questions. If you are the first user of your company, you may have this role.
What is meant by consultancy?
When there are ongoing or new matters to be discussed, it is possible to call in the consultancy team. They advise the options that best suit your company. For example, with which package you can work most efficiently within your company.
When do I contact support?
Our product specialists are ready to help with faults and problems. If you cannot resolve the issue with the key user or if you unexpectedly receive a malfunction or unknown message, please contact one of our product specialists via support@jem-id.nl or call +31 174 - 64 26 13.
What is ISL-online
When you contact support, they may ask if someone can look with you in your system via ISL-online. This is a program with which we can look together with you in a safe and reliable way to solve the problem as efficiently as possible. ISL-online can be downloaded for free via this link.
