At JEM-id we keep a close eye on these trends to ensure that our products in the fresh produce sector continue to connect and can prepare for changes to come. The best way to communicate this is through a roadmap. The roadmap is divided into quarters, with each quarter a new theme that includes developments concerning that theme. The themes are again subdivided into different topics, which fit within the theme. The first theme of the roadmap focuses on Quality Control.

The theme Quality control is an important subject in the fresh produce industry. Many companies in the fresh produce industry have to deal with quality certifications, quality checks on arrival and loading and product inspections on a daily basis. Integrating such functions is a theme in which GreenCommerce should provide a strong solution. Topics as mentioned above and developments in the field of qualitative product inspections ensure that these processes are further professionalized.
